| 1. Confidentiality
When you place your order nuloop® collect the personal information they require to handle and process your order.
You can consult or modify your personal details by going to the Members' Area.
In compliance with French Act No. 78-17 dated 6 January 1978 on Information Technology and Civil Liberties, customers are free at all times to access, correct, challenge or delete data held on them by Nuloop®.
Customers are hereby informed that the data processed, particularly the handling of shipping and billing addresses and customers' e-mail addresses, is declared to the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés - National commission for information technology and civil liberties) under number 735361.
2. Shipment
Shipments are sent immediately when the ordered items are in stock (see tables). If an order includes an item not in stock (solely for equipment marked "more than 24 hours"), shipment takes place as soon as the missing item or items are received. Where there is a change in expected delivery time, or for grouped orders, a part-shipment may be sent.

Customers are given a tracking number when they place an order in the site Members' Area. They can use this number to track their shipment.

For orders placed on public holidays or after 3 p.m. the day before a public holiday: allow one additional day.
Depending on where you live, the French Post Office usually delivers parcels within 2 and 5 days.
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the postal service will leave a non-delivery notice in your letter box. You can then take this notice and collect the parcel from your Post Office within 15 days. Once this period has expired, the parcel will be shipped back to Nuloop®. Customers will be billed for parcels reshipped because the customer has not collected them.

Depending on where you live, UPS and Chronopost usually deliver parcels within 1 and 3 days.
UPS will give you an estimated delivery date.

5. Guarantees
All goods presented and offered by Nuloop ® other than vinyls, CDs and DVDs are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty. This guarantee means you can feel free to buy any item from the site, knowing that you are protected against malfunctions or other manufacturing faults. The conditions of the guarantee and its duration are given in the product details. To claim under guarantee for an item purchased on the nuloop.com site, you must keep your invoice. Provided the item is still under guarantee, you can either contact the manufacturer directly or go through Nuloop ®.
