a. Secure payment
Payment by credit card is handled by the "Credit du Nord" banks. Nuloop® use SSL encryption to ensure transactions are handled with a high level of security. b. Means of payment
Nuloop accept the following credit cards:
- French credit cards
- Mastercard
- Visa
c. 3 interest-free instalments (France only)
French customers can choose payment facilities on orders of 500 euros or more. If you opt for this method of payment you can automatically pay for your orders in 3 interest-free instalments using your credit card. No further proof is required. The first third of the cost of your order will be debited on the day you place the order. The remaining two-thirds will be debited a third at a time on the same date in the following two months.
d. Payment options
With Nuloop you can record the details of one or more credit cards. The aim of this service is to prevent you having to key in your bank details several times where you use several cards. Your bank details are stored as tamper proof encrypted data on Nuloop's ultra-secure servers.
With Nuloop you can also choose to key in your card number for each transaction on our bank's site.
e. Security code
You can find the visual security code on the back of your credit card; you will be asked to give it when you pay for an order. It consists of the last 3 digits on the back of your card and is used to increase the security of your payment.
5. Invoice
a. An invoice is always supplied
For every order placed and validated an invoice is supplied and made out to the customer name and address contained in the personal data provided. It is at this point that the invoice is made available in the Members' Area in PDF format to be consulted, printed out and kept. Customers undertake to keep invoices indefinitely.

Each order matches a numbered invoice. You should quote this number to enable us to identify you and the content of your order rapidly.
