c. Buying an Item
With Nuloop ® there are three ways of ordering an item:
- If you want to order immediately, add the item to your shopping basket. You will be asked to identify yourself. More about "Customer accounts"
- If you want to order later, add the item to your "Wishlist". Putting an item on your Wishlist does not reserve it. The Wishlist is a sort of private notepad where you can record discs that interest you but that you do not want to order immediately. You should, however, make regular checks to see that the item is still in stock.
- If an item is out of stock, you should give us your e-mail address by clicking on the stock outage icon. We will automatically notify you as soon as the item is back in stock.

2. Customer account
Customer accounts are used to protect personal data, orders and transactions and to give you a full, customised service.
- You already have an account
You first have to identify yourself before confirming your order. Identification consists of giving your e-mail address, which acts as your login, together with your password.
- Creating a customer account
A customer account is needed before you can place an order; it is also necessary for identification and security purposes. You will need an e-mail address login and a password. This information enables you to identify yourself quickly and display your personal details in complete security. Your choice of password is completely free and random and you can change it at any time.
Your account is created as soon as you put an item into your shopping basket. A screen appears inviting you to record the personal information needed to place your order (Surname, forename, addresses, e-mail, password, etc.).
More about "confidentiality"
You continue adding details to your account when you go to the checkout and choose your shipping and payment options. Your preferences are stored for future orders but can be modified at any time.

- Changing your personal data
You can change your personal data at any time without destroying your personal details or the record of your previous orders. To access this service you have to confirm your shopping basket by clicking "checkout" followed by "change delivery address"; your data can then be edited.
- Forgotten password
If you lose or forget your password, go to Shopping Basket/ Checkout/ Password forgotten. Click on this link and Nuloop ® will immediately send an e-mail to your login address reminding you of your password.
3. Shopping basket
a. Content
- Items
The shopping basket contains the items you have chosen. Each item gives you the complete reference, unit price, quantity and price for the quantity required in euros/ US dollars.
- Postage and packing
The shopping basket also includes a line called Postage and packing. This line gives you an estimate of postage and packing costs for the contents of the shopping basket, the country and shipping method chosen. This line is only an estimate and does not take precedence over the final choice you make at the checkout.
b. Modifying quantities of an item
At the end of each line making up the contents of your shopping basket you will see two buttons, "+" and "-".
By clicking "+" you increase the quantity required within the limits of stocks available. By clicking "-" you reduce the quantities or delete the item on the same line from your shopping basket.
The total value of your shopping basket is then immediately recalculated.
Before you confirm your order you can change the quantity displayed for each item within the limits of stocks available.
You can at any time click "empty" to delete the entire contents of your shopping basket.
c. Continue shopping
To continue shopping you can either use the "search" button to the left of the shopping basket for the category of the last item added, or to change categories using the tabs.
To return to your shopping basket, click the "Shopping basket" tab in the top right-hand corner.
d. Confirming the basket
When you want to order the contents of your shopping basket.
